About the Class

Our studio art class guides young artists provides children with opportunities to explore a wide variety of art making approaches. We begin by exploring a theme on paper before moving onto paint and 3-dimensional building, we use things like clay, scrap wood, loose parts, recycled materials. 

Our classes focus on building critical thinking skills, building a process to art making, and honing our unique creative voice. We work on developing foundational art skills such as cutting, painting, mark making, assembling, and sculpting. 

Over time, our studio artists’ learn how to apply their ideas to a wide variety of mediums while pushing their thinking and creative capabilities. 

This is a drop-off class.

We welcome 5-year-olds who love to be around big kids to join us as well. 🙂

Cost:

$210 we are an ESA vendor, siblings join with 20% discount!

We do not offer drop-ins for this class, building a routine and skills takes consistent effort. We are happy to send home materials for any class you need to miss so you can still be part of the fun! We also welcome you to join our Thursday night Family Drawing Club for free if you miss a class.
